2. The service
smsevent lets you send a single text message, for an occasion, to a mobile phone number. The text is sent from the sender name “SMSEVENT”; the buyer’s number is not shared with the recipient, who cannot reply.
A footer allowing the recipient to stop receiving texts (“STOP”) is automatically added to every message.
3. Access
The service is reserved for people aged 18 or over. No account is required.
Users undertake to comply with the anti-abuse policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
4. Price and payment
The price of a text is €1.00, all taxes included. It is shown before any order.
Payment is made exclusively in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain network (BEP20), through the provider NOWPayments. Users are solely responsible for choosing the network, address and amount: funds sent on another network or to another address cannot be recovered.
The invoice must be paid within 60 minutes. After that, the order expires. A payment lower than the price does not trigger sending.
5. Immediate performance and no right of withdrawal
The text is sent as soon as payment is confirmed. By ticking the box provided before payment, users expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once the text is sent, the service then being fully performed.
6. No refunds
No refund is made, for any reason. Users must check the text and number before paying.
If the text could not be delivered for a technical reason attributable to the service, the publisher sends it again at the user’s request, upon presentation of the tracking page link.
7. Message content
Users are solely responsible for the content they send. In particular, the following are forbidden: threats, harassment, hateful, sexual or defamatory content, impersonation, scam or phishing attempts, as well as links, phone numbers and email addresses.
The publisher may refuse or block any sending that breaches these rules, without refund.
8. Tracking
After payment, users get a tracking page with a unique link. This link is the only way to track the message and must be kept.
Delivery depends on mobile carriers; the publisher does not guarantee receipt if the phone is off, the number inactive or the message filtered by the carrier.
9. Liability
The publisher uses reasonable means to keep the service running, without any guarantee of permanent availability. Its liability is limited to the amount paid for the text concerned.

11. Governing law and disputes
